The taboos, the intention behind it, and all the complexities behind it.

Again, this is a discussion that doesn’t necessarily reach any conclusion. I don’t have answers. I don’t even know that there are any. What I really want you to take away from this are two things:

  1. Your intention is everything. If you are someone who wants to lose weight, dig deep to find your true intention. Keep asking yourself “why?” until you’ve found the answer.

  2. If you do want to lose weight, make sure you continue to be present while you’re on the journey. Don’t wait for the weight loss to start doing things that make you happy. Don’t let it hold you back from being present and enjoying your life.
