Hello bbs! I took a week off from the newsletter because as some of you may know, I started a new job! I wanted to take a week off from the newsletter just to allow myself the space and time to adjust to my new routine. Given the nature of my new routine, some things may be different as far as the format of the newsletter, but the contents of it will remain the same! Today, I am not breaking up the newsletter into the four usual parts: physical health, mental health, emotional health, and spiritual health. Instead I just wanted to organically share some of the things I consumed this week as well as conversations I’ve had around health and wellness that I think will benefit you.
I have two very delicious, nutritious, and easy recipes for you today! I hosted a yoga and brunch this past weekend and I made a berry jam that was a big hit. My boyfriend said it was the best thing I’ve ever made which I know was supposed to be a compliment but given the simplicity of the recipe, I was offended that this is the recipe he thinks is the best. Anyway, I used this jam for many different recipes this week and I am excited to share.
