Happy Friday everyone! This is officially the last newsletter of January! I can’t believe the first month of 2023 has flown by already. I have a feeling all the month’s of this year are going to fly by just as quickly, but I am trying to remain as present as possible. If you’re someone who set goals for the new year, you may start to feel that the initial excitement and motivation of New Year’s goals is starting to wear off. If that’s the case, I encourage you to take a moment for yourself, either through journaling or meditation, and reconnect to your why. Why did you set those goals? Why are they important to you? What kind of difference will it make in your life and why do you want that? Always, always remember that the key to achieving your goals is focusing on the process, not the end result. If you want your goals to last; if what you want is true transformation, then it’s not helpful to focus on the goal. You’ll need to focus on the process that takes you there.
