Happy Friday, bbs! This newsletter is coming to you from sunny South Florida! My sister is getting married very soon and I am here for her bridal shower! The top of my to-do list here in Florida is to get a freeeaaaaaaaking tan because ya girl is out here looking pale as hell y no me gusta.
The other thing on my to-do list is to hit Whole Foods ASAP because I have a lot of recipes I have been wanting to test out and a lot of the ingredients I need aren’t sold in Ecuador. One of the meals I am going to be re-creating for the newsletter is one of my favorite breakfasts form Sakara Life: the AB&J parfait. I am going to be developing my own recipe for an almond butter + maple granola, homemade spirulina + coconut yogurt, and grape chia seed jam!
